Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for long-term customer satisfaction.
Coordinate resources and drive timely resolution of customer issues.
Deliver workshops and advisory services to enhance customer’s technical understanding.
Manage customer portfolio of tickets, resolutions, and enhancement requests.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field
