This team supports impactful programs by socializing resource utilization & capacity, drive execution, and establish best practices across the organization.
About the Role:
The Senior Product Manager supports the impactful programs of work within their assigned portfolio. They are a part of the Product Program Management Office (PPMO). This team sits within the Global Product & Analytics Organization and is part of a larger Product Operations team.
Responsibilities:
Be a source of process improvement
Own multiple complex projects which most likely cross multiple verticals/product portfolios
Surface ideas for improvement
Lead change management across the entire team/organization.
Mentor junior Product Managers
Lead cross-functional team members
Possibly interview and recruit new Product Managers
Special projects may be assigned to this level professional to include process improvements
Requirements:
This individual will be supporting members of a global product team, and it will require flexible working hours
5+ years of Project Management experience
Have strong communication and organization skills
Have strong written and verbal presentation skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software applications
PMP certification, Agile CSM, or Six Sigma green/black belt preferred
<25% travel required

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Colorado: $93,400 - 179,100 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington: $98,100 - 1863,500 USD
