Exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Analyst to join the Benefits team of a global remote employment company. Seeking individuals with HR Operations and Benefits Data experience.

Responsibilities

Review, document, and improve data flows for benefits data management.
Conduct audits of large datasets and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support business needs.
Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and scalability.
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance quality.
Enhance process effectiveness for customers and employees.
Initiate and implement new projects effectively.

Education

Experience in HR Operations and Benefits Data roles or similar positions
