We are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regional/global payroll operations and compliance.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of wage tax laws and social security regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data manipulation tools

Responsibilities

Conduct risk reviews of payroll files for accuracy and compliance
Prepare audit findings reports and recommend process improvements
Provide compliance training to payroll staff
Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to develop payroll solutions
