Customer Service Representative

Role Overview: The Solar Campaign Coordinator is responsible for managing customer interactions and coordinating various aspects of solar panel installations. This includes initiating contact with potential customers, following up on agreements, scheduling roof inspections, and handling a range of other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the solar campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

  • Call and Text Customers:
  • Initiate contact with potential customers to introduce them to our solar solutions.
  • Follow up with existing customers to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.

Follow Up Agreements:

  • Ensure all verbal agreements with customers are documented and followed up with the necessary paperwork.
  • Track the status of agreements and communicate any required actions to customers promptly.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Schedule Roof Inspections:
  • Coordinate with customers and inspection teams to schedule roof inspections at convenient times.
  • Confirm appointments and ensure all necessary preparations are made for inspections.

Manage Calendar:

  • Maintain a detailed calendar of all scheduled appointments, installations, and follow-ups.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies.

Administrative Support:

  • Documentation:
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and inspection results.
  • Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

Task Management:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the campaign.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Customer Service:

  • Support:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the specifics of our offerings.

Feedback:

  • Collect and report customer feedback to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Miscellaneous:

  • Other Tasks:
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the campaign manager or other supervisors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide the most relevant information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in Solar campaign is required.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
