Job Title: Utilities Onboarding Consultant – Sales (Remote – South Africa Based)
Location: Remote (South Africa Only)
Salary: R27,000 per month (excluding commission)
Working Hours: UK Business Hours, Weekdays

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and empathetic Utilities Onboarding Consultant (Sales) to join a growing remote team that supports people moving into new homes. This role focuses on helping customers set up essential household services like utilities, broadband, and more—making their move as smooth and stress-free as possible.

You’ll work with warm leads only, providing guidance and offering relevant products in a helpful, non-pushy way. This is a sales role centered around service, trust, and customer satisfaction—not aggressive selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with warm leads (individuals who are moving home)
• Assist customers in setting up home utilities and related services
• Present product options clearly and consultatively
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-ups
• Build genuine rapport and provide a high level of customer service
• Work toward personal and team sales goals

Requirements:

• Previous outbound or telesales experience (utilities or service-based sales is a plus)
• Friendly, empathetic, and customer-first sales approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Based in South Africa and available to work UK business hours (weekdays only)
