Senior Manager, Outbound Sales Development - APAC - job 2 of 2

Remote is seeking a Senior Manager for Outbound Sales Development in the APAC region. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in sales development and leadership roles, with a focus on driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.

Skills

Strong sales acumen
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Fluency in English, additional language fluency preferred

Responsibilities

Define outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team
Coach and mentor SDRs and more junior Leaders
Develop and implement programs to enhance SDR effectiveness
Collaborate with regional Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams
Manage performance of direct reports and advise on performance management
Hire, onboard, and develop new SDR and Leadership talent
