Senior Product Designer - Payroll

Global remote organization solving challenges in employing anyone anywhere compliantly. Looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft user experiences for online platforms.

Skills

Strong experience in product design
Empathy with enterprise users and applying user-centered design techniques
Portfolio demonstrating simplicity, typography, interactions and product design
Advocacy for the customer and application of user research insights
Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Service design skills and experience in fintech or payroll design

Responsibilities

Make strategic design decisions for core and new functions/features
Mentor and inspire team members, seek feedback to raise quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas and solutions
Create Figma flows from wireframes to pixel-ready designs for intuitive user experiences
Drive user-centered design approach, test and iterate designs rapidly
Contribute to maintaining design system, participate in team critiques and reviews
