Our growing chain of corporate stores offers premium facial treatments and products designed to promote skin health and wellness. We're looking for a dynamic Director of Corporate Store Operations to join our team and drive operational excellence across our locations.
Position Overview:
The Director of Corporate Store Operations will oversee all aspects of store operations across six corporate locations. This key leadership role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high staffing standards, and enhance the overall guest experience. The Director will be responsible for recruiting and managing estheticians and operations assistants, scheduling, payroll, product merchandising, inventory management, influencer marketing, responding to customer reviews and service issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and running in-store events.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit, onboard, and retain talented estheticians, spa coordinators, and managers to uphold our service standards.
● Manage staffing levels, store schedules, and ensure optimal team coverage across all locations.
● Oversee payroll processing for all store employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
● Lead product merchandising efforts to enhance the in-store experience and support sales goals.
● Regularly check inventory levels and ensure new inventory is properly received and stocked.
● Facilitate influencer marketing efforts to increase brand visibility.
● Organize and promote stores through co-marketing events with complementary businesses.
● Communicate with the company trainer to facilitate staff training programs and ongoing professional development.
● Provide mentorship and guidance to estheticians to help them grow and improve their craft.
● Stay up to date with the latest skincare services, trends, and ingredients to maintain our competitive edge.
● Respond to customer reviews and service issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
● Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and maintain a culture of compliance and professionalism.
● Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
● Drive operational excellence across all corporate locations, ensuring consistency and high standards.
● Keep HR Department updated on any staff-related issues they need to intervene on.
● Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Must have 5+ years of proven experience in multi-store management, preferably within the esthetic, spa, or beauty industry.
● Deep understanding of skincare services, trends, and ingredients.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in recruiting and staff development.
● Passion for helping estheticians enhance their skills and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
● Experience with inventory management, including receiving and tracking stock.
● Proficient in payroll management and scheduling.
● Ability to facilitate influencer marketing and plan co-marketing events with local businesses.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Passion for skincare and wellness is a plus.
● Past experience with spa booking platforms (knowledge of Zenoti preferred).

● $75,000 - $100,000/year
