About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Social Media Strategist with expertise in influencer marketing and brand ambassador management. In this full-time role, you’ll lead impactful campaigns, build a team of ambassadors, and drive innovative CPG strategies. Responsibilities include crafting strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, analyzing metrics, and staying ahead of digital trends.

This role is a full-time role position. 


We are looking for a Social Media Strategist specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or related fields
  • Proven ability to recruit and manage brand ambassadors in the US market
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Proficient in analytics tools like TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with web design, publishing, and paid media strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to ever-changing trends
  • Comfortable working in US time zones


Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Design comprehensive plans that align with business objectives to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies, provide creative guidance, and stay updated on social media trends.
  • Produce and schedule high-quality, original content tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor web traffic, user engagement, and SEO metrics; evaluate content performance, refine strategies, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Amplify high-performing content and oversee strategic ad campaigns.
  • Build relationships with influencers, provide regular feedback, and align efforts with internal teams.
  • Ensure content builds trust and relevance, leveraging cultural trends and audience preferences.
