Window & Door Field Service Tech

WE ARE 

Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Service Technician to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position will be at our new Roanoke office.

Duties
  • Providing service and repair on previously installed window and door products.
  • Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping track of all service orders and maintain communication with customers.
  • Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed.
  • Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary.
  • Occasionally performing new installations


What YOU bring!
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of superior workmanship.
  • Customer service skills.
