Ordering Analyst

Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
As an Ordering Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to proofread all system orders. We're looking for someone with acute attention to detail that can also meet all set deadlines and is comfortable with working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports
- Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy
- Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines
- Order products for all of our service territories
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proofreading experience is preferred
- 2 years of data entry experience required
- Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) software experience is a plus

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Carmel, IN office
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
