Technical Recruiter

As an Technical Recruiter at Renmoney, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to fill our technology-focused positions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the overall recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to manage applicants.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
