Responsibilities

Develop visual merchandising strategy across product lines.
Own site refresh calendar and process.
Establish metrics for merchandising performance.
Build and run tests on site navigation and filters.
Mentor and grow a team of site merchandisers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in fashion retail is a plus
