We’re a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data SaaS products for the rentals industry. While originally known for building and operating one of the U.S.’s largest rental marketplaces - Rentable, we recently launched a martech product and a competitive intelligence software - ApartmentIQ, both with high growth rates.

We’re a 100% remote team of 90 spread across the U.S. from coast to coast. We operate on a strict no a**holes policy, and are proud to have built a community of highly performant people that take our work seriously, but not ourselves.

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, tech-focused recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent across various technical disciplines including Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, and User Experience Design. We have built an incredible multi-product platform and have exceptional employees - you'll play a lead role in continuing this record by identifying and recruiting the best talent!

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and recruit talented candidates in the key areas of product management, data science, engineering, and user experience design
  • Assist in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy to attract diverse talent using innovative methods
  • Create and post job openings on the company website and other effective platforms
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Provide an amazing candidate experience regardless of outcome, ensuring all candidates are updated and informed at all stages of the interview process
  • Embrace a data-driven culture; using our ATS (Greenhouse) and other tools to track metrics at each point in the recruiting process
  • Identify recruiting roadblocks and bottlenecks and work with hiring managers to solve them
  • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
  • Assist in due diligence for potential new hires, including background and reference checks
  • Assist with non-technical openings and team projects as available

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting in high growth, B2B SaaS environments with at least 3 years focused on technical roles
  • Proven track record successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates
  • A well-developed sense of urgency that is tempered with extreme attention to detail
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools (Greenhouse), data management/reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
  • Obsessive about a great candidate experience
  • High level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
  • Thinks critically, adapts easily to changing priorities, and thrives in an autonomous work environment
  • Passion for data and experience influencing data-driven decision-making with analysis and rapid research
