Global Accounts Customer Relationship Executive

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Relationship Executive to join our Global sales team. This role offers a dynamic mix of sales and customer service responsibilities focused on supporting key multinational clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for supporting the development of customer quarterly reports and assisting with the collation and management of customer data.

Your ability to resolve issues efficiently and follow through on customer requests is key. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a knack for identifying potential business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support timely responses and issue resolution.
  • Support the development and preparation of customer quarterly reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for accurate reporting.
  • Collate and manage customer data for reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with commercial proposals and information gathering.
  • Identify potential business opportunities through client interactions and data analysis.
  • Support customer meetings and lead as required.
  • Support accurate monthly reporting and documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage account-related documentation.

  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail in managing documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and understand their needs.
  • Ideally proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • A second language would be advantageous.
  • Ability to meet and exceed set deadlines consistently.
