As a Remote Live Chat Representative at Republic Services in San Diego, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to effectively communicate with customers to address their inquiries, issues, and requests.
Responsibilities...
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Assist customers with navigating the company's website and online services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role
- Driven and reliable personality traits
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Critical thinking skills to effectively solve customer problems
- Proficiency with computer systems and live chat software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a part-time schedule with flexibility to work overtime when needed
