About the Role:
The P&C team are implementing a HR Information System (HRIS) with a go live of 1 November 2024. As such we need an experienced P&C Co-ordinator to provide day to day P&C support to enable the P&C Coordinator and Partner to focus on HRIS readiness.
You will provide general operational and administrative support within the People and Culture function. Your key deliverables will include working closely with the P&C team to provide generalist HR administration support across the full employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Management of the HR inbox, answering all policy and procedural queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new employees
- Ensure all HR administration is processed, including changes to terms and conditions, parental leave, probation, HR invoicing and HR metrics including the monthly HR Dashboard
- Support payroll preparation
- Update and maintain electronic records related to employee personnel files
- Process terminations including managing exit surveys and final pay
- Assist with the organisation of employee surveys, company meetings and other employee engagement activities
- Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Support recruitment activities and generate employment contracts
- Support with HRIS readiness
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail are a must for managing records, reports, and logistics for training sessions.
- System skills: Demonstrated ability to use multiple systems. Understanding and adaptability to systems such as Document Management Systems (e.g. SharePoint), SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Professional and sensitive to confidential information, always remaining professional
Efficient time management - Previous experience in P&C administration
