Full stack development working on projects involving software engineering and data analytics.
A senior undergraduate student in computer science, software engineering or a relevant field with strong programming skills, understanding of programming languages, statistics, machine learning, and/or qualitative analysis skills.
The successful candidate should have strong scripting language skills (e.g., Python), good knowledge of data storage and good knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., NodeJS, NextJS).
The student should also have the ability to conduct literature searches using online scholarly databases.
Technical writing experience is an asset.

The department is steadily moving up the rankings in recent years, with the Software Engineering research group being rated among the highest in North America. The department is dedicated to multidisciplinary research and to educating students at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Computer Science and in Software Engineering.
