Job Summary
This position will work with our clients to provide consultative input on the transition of data from their prior provider system into the Paycor system. Their primary focus is guiding Paycor clients through the data gathering and uploading process while also providing support to internal teams through the handling of data manipulation and imports. This position will also work with internal teams to analyze, design, enhance, recommend and develop timely data integration solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for Client Data Integration to the Paycor systems, including:
Consulting with clients to discuss best method of obtaining necessary data and transferring data to the Paycor system. Process involves client interaction and communication. (Primary Responsibility)
Extraction of data from various systems. Process involves client interaction and communication. This function can be technical and require extensive knowledge in custom report writing systems.
Manipulation and import of extracted data from various systems
Assist in the Renumber process or data integration process between one Paycor client and another
Identify and problem solve towards identifying best means for importing data based on an ever-changing set of circumstances and system capabilities
Case work to add/update additional data received from the client after the initial import
2nd drop imports of client data prior to product go live under expedited timelines
Troubleshooting of set-up issues as needed
Maintain excellent resolution time of request
Proactively maintain positive relationships with peers within Shared Services and associates on Front End teams
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Continue to improve system knowledge through collaboration with peers, technical support and IT developers
Provide communication and trend analysis of conversion issues and enhancements
Work with managers to continually improve support process, including regular meetings to solicit feedback and assess performance
Advise Developer team and management of product development issues arising from problems identified through data integration and conversion efforts
Maintain and facilitate promotion of department-initiated software enhancements
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Maintain a working environment that is energized and consistently demonstrates the Paycor service commitment
Collaborate with other Shared Services and Implementation teams to share best practices and process improvements
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of Client Service experience, preferably business to business
VBA experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel proficiency required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs,etc.)
Proactive, quick learner, willing to take ownership of assignments and see through to successful completion
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with multiple data elements extracted from multiple data sources
Possess strong organization and time management skills, must be able to prioritize tasks based on delivery dates, other milestones and perform well under deadline pressures
Takes initiative and demonstrates a high degree of ownership and accountability
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
High technical aptitude; ability to adapt to frequent system and tool updates
Demonstrated drive to learn new skills, enhance and implement process efficiencies for the betterment of the client, team and Paycor.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $48,600-77,784. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
