The Technical Product Owner is responsible for delivering high-quality requirements to our development teams. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a key role in collaborating with Product Management to understand business requirements and create detailed technical requirements with acceptance criteria to expedite the development process. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product management skills, and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products.

This role will have a significant impact on the speed and quality of product delivery and will bridge the gap between our product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, startup environment. You must be comfortable communicating and collaborating with US-based teams.

• Collaborate with product management to understand the product vision and business goals and ensure they are technologically feasible.
• Write detailed user stories with technical specifications and acceptance criteria and have a walkthrough with the Engineering team.
• Create and maintain the product backlog focusing on technical priorities and dependencies, ensuring the development team has clear and actionable tasks.
• Define performance metrics for the feature requested and share them with the Engineering team.
• Participate in the scrum with Engineering teams and ensure they are aligned and progressing as per the technical requirements provided.
• Conduct timely demos with the Engineering team and ensure the development progress is as per the technical requirements provided.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on designing and building Microservices.
• Experience in developing scalable Microservices in Java with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies like Postgres.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and big data technologies.
• Experience as product owner or product manager.
