This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Resolutions Associate II, you will be working with clients and account debtors to resolve delinquent accounts.

We are looking to build a world-class team to connect small businesses with the working capital they need to maintain or grow their operations. If you have a strong desire to be part of a small, nimble team, in an exciting and growing space, then BlueVine is the right place for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Intelligently collect on delinquent accounts by utilizing your collections experience
Craft and implement comprehensive repayment plans
Skip trace and locate new points of contact
Provide insights to the Collections Team that drive results

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

2+ years of working in Collections (business to business preferred)
Knows the collections process and enjoys it
Embraces solving tough problems
Seeks out feedback to refine ideas; promotes the ideas of others
Excited to roll up sleeves to learn by doing
Able to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Deftly plans and prioritizes to maximize impact
Maintains a positive attitude and stays determined when the going gets tough
