Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivaed Energy Efficiency Engineering Lead with a strong background in Utility Engineering to join our team growing team in Southern California. As an Energy Efficiency Engineering Lead, you will help customers reduce energy consumption and save money at their facilities by identifying potential energy savings measures, quantifying and summarizing project economics, supporting project implementation, and verifying installation.

Resource Innovations is searching for an enthusiastic Energy Efficiency Engineering Lead to join our growing team in Southern California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers reduce their energy consumption and save money by identifying energy savings measures and supporting project implementation. Your background in Utility Engineering will come in handy as you conduct energy analyses for a variety of facilities, including high-tech, biotech, and healthcare environments. You'll be the go-to contact for clients on all technical matters, guiding them through projects and delivering clear, detailed technical reports. We’re passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and we believe in integrity and doing things right. If you have at least 5 years of experience in the energy efficiency sector in California and are proficient with tools for data analysis, we want to hear from you!
