Field Sales Leader - New England Territory

The Field Sales Leader will lead a team of 5 to 8 sales executives in specific cities around the county that are 100% hunters and will need to do customer visits.  This position will be responsible for the development and production of the teams.  The successful candidate will be focused on identifying and earning new business and establishing the R365 SaaS platform as the top backend restaurant resource in the industry.   


All applicants are required to live within this target market region (New England Territory).


How you'll add value:
  • Lead and direct a Commercial Sales team to identify and develop restaurant customers with 1 to 4 restaurant locations withinassigned city territories 
  • Assist the team develop and execute a sales strategy for their territories 
  • Work with the team when necessary to engage prospects in order to close 
  • Maintain weekly reporting and meetings for the team 
  • Manage MRR quotas and pipelines 
  • Help support full cycle sales executives in prospecting/discovery/demo/negotiation best practices   
  • Ensure the team tracks weekly/monthly/quarterly goals 
  • Establishes individual development and production plans for the team 
  • Other duties as assigned 


What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 3-5+ years’ experience managing SaaS and restaurant outside sales teams  
  • Outside sales experience in the restaurant industry 
  • Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days 
  • Experience developing teams from scratch 
  • Experience developing and building territories from the ground up 
  • Demonstrate continual sales success with Mid-Market and SMB level clients in the restaurant industry 
  • Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent  
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team   
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success 
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Able to travel up to 15% as needed (national) 


R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
  • This position has a salary range of $115,000-$135,000 + commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
