In this role, you'll be at the heart of all HR and payroll functions, supporting our incredible team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll prepare payroll documentation accurately and on time, while also verifying necessary background checks and coordinating the recruiting process. Your ability to connect with people will shine as you assist in new employee orientations, explaining everything from personnel policies to payroll procedures. Plus, by monitoring local market trends and conducting wage surveys, you’ll help us stay competitive in the recruitment game! We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of HR/Payroll experience, preferably in a long-term care environment. If you’re knowledgeable in administrative practices and have KRONOS payroll experience, you could be our perfect fit.
