Position Information:
The Retail Services Assistant provides various skilled and semi-skilled services for the Retail Services department. Services includes providing professional and excellent customer service, accurately handling receipt of monies for services rendered in the gift shop, receiving of merchandise and other stock items used in the Gift Shop, restocking shelves and light cleaning and maintenance of the Gift shop. Assists in the training new employees.

Experience Requirements:
1 Year Retail Operations And Customer Service Required - And 5 Years Leadership Preferred

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Bondable Required

Hours of Work:
M-F 8AM - 6PM; S-S 10A-8P

Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
