Job Responsibilities :
This role works closely with various global cross-functional teams. The individual should be self-directed with strong communication, retail training management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Reporting to the Associate RazerStore Director, the candidate will manage all sales & product trainings for RazerStore. Partnering global BU product teams and RazerStore Managers across the world to maximize retail KPIs and to drive optimal RCX (Razer Customer Experience). This includes deploying new retail training content, tools, & concepts while updating & monitoring operational training plans & service manuals.
Retail Training Management:
  • Identify & build the global retail training roadmap
  • Implement weekly, monthly, quarterly retail training plans
  • Review and manage NPI product training calendar (New Product Introduction)
  • Collect feedback and manage service performance (NPS, Mystery Shopper, Google Ratings)
RazerStore Retail Academy:
  • Design and setup RazerStore Retail Academy (70:20:10 continuous learning journey)
  • Assess and determine training RazerStore needs for both individuals & teams
  • New RazerStore Evangelist onboarding program (new hires)
  • Enable Retail advance management training for Store Managers / Supervisors
  • Facilitate D&I initiatives in RazerStore
RazerStore Awards:
  • Manage “Best Store” and “Best Evangelist” quarterly reward programs & ceremonials
  • Amplifying internal communication (Celebrating For Gamers, By Gamers)
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the related field required for the position
  • Proven track record in retail, business, or marketing training operations
  • Strong presentation skills, high attention to detail, good oral communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
Pre-Requisites :
Salary Ranges (per annum):
$83,538.00 - $139,230.00
