RethinkBH is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their sales team, responsible for solution selling to behavioral health practices focused on autism treatment. This full-time role can be performed remotely, targeting revenue growth and client engagement within the sector.
Responsibilities: Drive new business through relationship building, exceed sales targets, deliver presentations, and maintain Salesforce data accuracy.
Skills: Sales experience in behavioral health, strong communication and presentation abilities, proficiency with technology and Salesforce.com.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, 2+ years of sales experience, and a strong track record of exceeding goals.
Location: Remote opportunities available in select U.S states including AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, and others; must reside in these states to apply.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $90,000.

Job Summary
We are looking for the right person to join our sales team! The Account Executive is responsible for solution selling to mid-sized and enterprise behavioral health practices focused on the delivery of Multispecialty treatment (ABA/SP/OT/PT) to individuals with autism. The selected candidate will develop new business and manage the sales cycle.
This role is full-time and can be based in our New York City headquarters or performed remotely Monday-Friday during regular business hours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the behavioral health sector as well as previous sales experience they can leverage to effectively work with prospective customers.
