OneDigital is looking for an emerging business professional to join the retirement and wealth team to assist in formalizing internal processes and creating workflows that existing team members and new employees can follow.

You'll be an integral member of the PacNW retirement consulting team, one who believes in high performance, collaboration, authentic communication, open feedback, and overall excellence. JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

This paid internship program exposes interns to all facets of business operations including technology, CRM management, client communication strategy, and management of large 401k and pension plans. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent team skills and outstanding communication skills, we would like to speak with you.

Responsibilities will include:

Working alongside the team to formalize and build workflows
Work with corporate IT and CRM developers to customize project management practices specific to the PacNW team.
Assist team with client communication strategy.
Assist with various client management related tasks including

Interact with local PacNW team around the building an annual communication calendar, organizing and loading pertinent documents to client portal, client file audits, and generally creating a more efficient client management system.
Learn about corporate brand and compliance guidelines
