Security Engineer
Retool is looking for a Security Engineer to enhance the security, privacy, and impact of their products. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in security engineering, proficiency in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and a dedication to facilitating productivity through secure architectural solutions.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Docker, and web security
- Proven track record in security architecture and building secure-by-design systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and champion security initiatives
Responsibilities
- Work with the engineering organization on new security projects and initiatives
- Develop technical solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Perform technical security assessments, code audits, and design reviews
- Identify and remediate attack vectors against Retool products
- Support pen-testing and bug bounty programs
- Deliver guidance and education on best security practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
