Our team has deep experience in 3D visualization, photogrammetry, applied machine learning, computer vision, and autonomy. We are looking for an Android software engineer to own and drive development of our Android-specific applications. You will be working collaboratively with all teams in Reveal to define and execute the technical roadmap for Farsight, Identifi, and our future products.

Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions
- Articulate the value of products or services to potential customers
- Act as project manager on new customer installations and trainings
- Create novel and refine existing, repeatable workflow guides for our customers and end users
- Own all aspects of customer support and retention including product standards, product delivery, and product engagement
- Identify and proactively address potential client issuesParticipate in technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects
- Collaborate with sales to create a consistent experience with the product and the company
- Communicate product and customer feedback to development team
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales/account management (or similar) role
- Exposure to a variety of military and commercial UAS
- Independent worker who is able to plan, prioritize, and deliver without close oversight
- Customer-centric mindset and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills - including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Previous Customer Sales/Success and/or Technical Customer Sales/Support experience
- Ability to travel 30% for customer trainings and demos; and work remotely
Nice to Haves- Exposure to ATAK and GIS data visualization programs
- Experience with geospatial and mapping use cases
- Previous Customer Success and/or Technical Customer Support experience
- Requisite CAA Operator & Flyer ID
- Prior work experience in a military or public safety field
- Experience in a SaaS sales organization with a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
Compensation- Salary + Equity
