Job Description:
At Pluralsight, our mission is to democratize technology skills throughout the world. We are hiring a Revenue Strategy and Operations Director of Strategy to help craft, implement and monitor a digital strategy to support our Go To Market organization.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who can quickly become the go-to person for insights and initiative results. This role will play a huge part in supporting our GTM strategy. As such, this role requires a strong mix of analytical and reporting skills, along with intuition for business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within a high-focus area of our business.

What you’ll own:
  • Win-loss and Root cause analysis. Generate qualitative & quantitative analysis and provide concrete feedback on why we win or lose on various opportunity profiles.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams such as product, enablement, pricing, etc… to validate findings, gather feedback, and take action
  • Craft the project plan, structure, and feedback/reporting for sales plays on targeted accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive strategies around customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Plan and apply GTM strategies and call-to-action items.
  • Gather feedback from data and GTM leadership to influence and direct product feature and roadmap decisions
  • Leverage historical data and market trends to influence annual GTM operation plans, targets, and capacity
  • Analyze, assess and develop critical metrics to measure effectiveness of programs and processes to meet company goals. Identify performance gaps and make recommendations to close those gaps.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals
Experience you’ll need:
  • BA/BS degree in a field such as Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related field
  • MBA is a strong advantage
  • 8+ years' experience working in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, business intelligence, analytics, or similar
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, CRM software like Salesforce, and database tools like SQL, Snowflake, etc… will be an added advantage
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience running projects and a consistent track record of delivering against aggressive timelines
  • Excellent communication / listening / presentation skills
