Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Revenue Operations Manager will own and optimize the sales process and tools. By collaborating with the Sales, Marketing and Field Operations teams they will ensure that the company's sales teams have the data, processes, and tools required to operate at their best.

This position will report to the Business Ops & Strategy Manager and will assist in providing sales performance reports and operational insights to the Sales Leadership team to make data-driven decisions.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce and other sales tools to streamline the sales process and ensure accuracy and consistency in customer and revenue data across the organization.
  • Deliver accurate data analytics and insights on our sales pipelines and forecasts to the sales leadership.
  • Find opportunities to maximize revenue and improve forecasting accuracy by developing revenue and performance metrics and trending reports.
  • Optimize the sales process in collaboration with Sales to ensure seamless customer experiences from the point of inquiry to the point of sale.
  • Maintain efficient inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning with Field Operations
  • Support Marketing to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance to develop and manage sales commission plans that align with revenue goals and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in collaboration with Finance.
  • Train sales teams on best practices and standard operating procedures related to revenue operations.


Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years experience working with Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn data into insights and action.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple sales pipelines & priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Experience working with finance and/or accounting teams on financial analysis and forecasting. Financial modeling experience is a plus.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
