Role Overview


We are thrilled to bring you on board as an experienced Reservation Sales Professional to provide top-tier, white-glove service to guests of leading hospitality brands. Through inbound call services, you'll assist prospective guests in planning and booking stays at our customers' luxurious vacation rentals and independently-owned hotels in sought-after resort destinations. Our customers include some of the most renowned names in hospitality, as well as four & five star-rated hotels such as The Resort at Pelican Hill, Auberge Resorts Collection & Balboa Bay Resort. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you'll be trained extensively to become an expert on each property, delivering a high-end, seamless booking experience that feels like a true extension of our customer’s reservation teams.


What You’ll Do
  • Expect Amazing: Promptly answers voice calls, emails, and other contact channels with the highest level of professionalism. Listens and responds to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
  • Training: Receive and embrace sales coaching and training opportunities continually. Maintains a working knowledge of all customers - room types, current service offerings &  promotions
  • Metrics Driven: Meet or exceed departmental key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to service standards, conversion metrics, and guest satisfaction
  • Customer Love: Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional customer experience 
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and bookings in the Revinate's database.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge about company products and services to better assist customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow established scripts, procedures, and quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence in customer interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries
  • Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and using various software tools. 
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer service.


What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ year of experience in reservation sales, group sales, resort services, or a high-volume contact center preferred.
  • Sales oriented mindset and motivated to earn commissions, bonuses, incentives, and contests.
  • Strong active listening and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using software/hardware and systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A dedicated high-speed internet connection (minimum upload and download speed required.
  • Remote worksite free from undue noise and distractions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.(English)


Position Location & Details
  • REMOTE - This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity.
  • EQUIPMENT - Revinate will provide you with the equipment necessary to help you be successful in this position at no cost to you. You will also be provided with a monthly work-from-home stipend. 
  • SUPPORT- Internal support team to help you be successful in real-time.
  • TRAINING - Four weeks of paid training and ongoing training to help support your career (Start Tuesday, 12/3/2024).

Work Schedule & Location
  • Paid Mandatory Training: Monday-Friday for 4 weeks from 10:30am- 4:00pm CT/ 11:30am-5:00pm ET / 9:30am - 3:00pm MST /  for the first four (4) weeks (Start Tuesday, 12/3/24)
  • Most scheduled shifts include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Revinate pays shift differentials and holiday pay in addition to the base hourly rate accordingly
  • All shifts include at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Remote US-based training
  • This position is remote, however you must be based in Tennessee


Upon completion of training at a base rate, your income will include the base rate, commissions, bonuses, and incentives. You have the potential to increase your base rate after one year.
  • Paid training rate of $12 (4 weeks) then an hour base rate of $10 per hour and eligible to earn commissions and bonuses based on your performance in addition to the base pay rate
  • All positions are PART-TIME with an average of 27.5 hours per week, 5.5-hour shifts five (5) days per week
  • In this home-based position, you will utilize various computer systems and tools to assist prospective guests to book their room reservations
  • The more reservations you book, the more money you make!
  • Training is held virtually through live, instructor-led training sessions
  • Opportunity to move to full-time status (based upon performance)


$10 - $10 an hour
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s experience, qualifications and location. 

The base rate for this role is $10/hr (or applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher). The ‘On Target Earnings’ (OTE) range for this role is approximately $10/hr - $20/hr. This means that agents can double their hourly earnings with bonuses and commissions. 

The average tenure of a Revinate Reservation Sales Agent is five years. With bonuses and uncapped commission potential, tenured agents make the equivalent of $20-$30/hour on average. 

Shift differential is extra pay given to employees who work outside regular business hours, like nights or weekends.

Multiple Shift Differentials may apply, and is based upon an agent’s local time zone:
$2/hour earned for hours worked between 6PM & 12AM
$1.50/hour earned for all hours worked on Saturday and/or Sunday 
$2.75/hour earned for hours worked between 12AM & 5AM
