This is an unprecedented time for the hospitality industry. The coronavirus is changing the daily lives of people all over the world and I wanted to reach out personally and update you on how we’re approaching the situation.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. We have many employees who have previously worked in hotels, and we’ve spent ten years solely focused on building critical technology to help hotels connect more directly with their guests. Your success is our success, and we are going through this with you.
At Revinate, we remain focused on the health and safety of our employees, families, communities and customers. To do our part in slowing the spread of coronavirus, we’ve required all of our employees around the world to work from home. We’re asking our teams to work with customers through digital channels, such as webinars and virtual events, so we can continue to bring you expert advice when you need it most.
To aid you in this time, we’ve put together practical resources, including specific campaigns and templates within Revinate Marketing to help you communicate with your guests. Investing in your own ability to drive profitable revenues, with speed and focus, is now more important than ever.
It’s important to remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Like with so many challenges faced by the hospitality industry before, we will come out on the other side.
