Develop and refine robotic designs using CAD for various rehabilitation products.
Bring creativity and innovative ideas to a collaborative team environment.
Perform product research by reviewing patents, academic papers, and competitor analyses, while gathering customer insights.
Translate concepts into functional designs, creating part lists and technical drawings.
Lead product ideas, from conception all the way to market.
Participating in product assembly, testing and iteration.
Working in a motivated environment, with responsibility to come up with solutions fast.
Responsibility to identify new product opportunities aligned with the company’s vision.
Typically 9-5, with flexibility based on project needs.
Primarily office based with flexible remote working.
Located in Greater Manchester area.
Experience in working with robotics and servo motors.
Perform mechanical analysis and component specification calculations.
No prior experience with rehabilitation products is required, but it would be beneficial.
Extensive experience with CAD design and simulation software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
Creative problem-solver with a focus on cost-effective design solutions.
Familiarity with patent research.
Experience with building prototyping solutions.
