Responsibilities

  • Review credit card processing information using Excel
  • Onboard processing ids with the card network
  • Conduct research for customer issues
  • Monitor automated processes and reports
  • Complete processor change requests
  • Conduct Quarterly Audits

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
