This role places you at the heart of Rho's rapid growth trajectory, surrounded by a team that is enthusiastic about our customers and passionate about our products.Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, guiding them through implementing Rho solutions across various domains such as banking and expense management and accounting Integrations. You'll work closely with our operations and product teams to enhance implementation processes, lead product launches, and contribute to team growth. Depending on your experience and our business needs, you'll be aligned with the customer segment that best fits your skills during the interview process.This position is based out of New York City Office 5 days per week.Responsibilities• Lead the implementation process for clients across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and IT platforms.• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines are met.• Facilitate the adoption of Rho products, driving customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous support.• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues and suggest product improvements.• Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and best practices.Qualifications• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.• A passion for building strong client relationships and a commitment to exceptional customer service.• Strong analytical skills, a growth mindset, and a continuous improvement ethos.Preferred Qualifications:• Over 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within Expense Management, AccountingOur people are our most valuable asset. This role is based out of our New York City office and the base salary is $92,000 with an OTE of $115,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
