Ridgeline is hiring a Data Analyst, HR with 5 - 10 years of experience. Based in United States - Incline Village, NV and with Hybrid ways of working.Job description and responsibilities:Ridgeline’s People team is growing and looking for an innovative strategic thinker, exceptional executor, and people-oriented team player to help build a best-in-class operations team in service of our employees and business. As a member of the HR Operations team, you will provide principal support toward expanding upon our existing capabilities for our company growth. To be successful in this role, you will need to build relationships across the People team and a diverse group of stakeholders, learn the business - its leaders and organizational structure - and leverage data to drive analytics and insights in service of business objectives. This person will also need to have a keen eye for detail, creativity, a learning mindset, and be tech savvy to help support the organization.What will you do?• Drive the go forward strategy and optimize current HR data analytics for future scaling• Compile, structure, and analyze HR data to produce insights and recommendations that may be used to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively determine and deliver impactful HR operation solutions to the business.• Be a trusted resource for executive leaders in all things HR data and analytics.• Analyze HR data for trends with regard to recruitment practices, engagement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.• Recommend and own policies that will continue to improve the culture within the company.• Function as a project manager for HR operation enhancements by driving optimization initiatives.• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple deadlines.• Resourceful problem-solver that can troubleshoot issues independently and drive impactful solutions with the ability to manage complex processes.• Apply general business acumen, along with data analysis and influencing skills, to continuously improve HR programs, processes and employee experience.• Understand key HR data drivers and deliver HR reporting to enable decision making for leadership.• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to write process documentation.• Additional HR program management responsibilities as neededRequirements and qualifications:Preferred Skills And Experience• Bachelor's degree in a related field• 5+ years of HR/People focused data analytics expertise• Experience manipulating and analyzing data sets to distill insights from data, and convey findings to executive audiences.• Ability to handle ambiguity• HRIS experience a strong plus• Experience in HR Operations and/or employee experience in a high tech/software company preferred• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for the short and long term• Excellent program management and organizational skills• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners at all levels• Superior Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or other work productivity apps skills• Strong presentation skills• Serious interest in having fun at work!
