Product Operations Manager

Ridgeline is looking for a proactive Product Operations Manager to establish and manage the New Product Introduction program and ensure successful product launches while working collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage a New Product Introduction program.
Partner with Technical Release Manager for launch timelines and approvals.
Maintain Ridgeline’s product catalog.
Support creation of sales enablement materials.
Scale the feedback loop from users to Product Management.

Education

Bachelor's degree
Master's degree in a related field preferred
