Job Overview:

As the Area Sales Lead at RIGUPATL, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing key customer relationships. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, providing exceptional service to existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will be a key player in expanding RIGUPATL’s market presence and helping the company achieve its sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to provide customized solutions for customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to promote RIGUPATL’s services.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.
  • Facilitate training and support for team members in best sales practices and product knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction, rigging, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000 and would include a healthy commission bonus on top of it. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
