Support global sales and client account management on contract negotiations
Manage compliance with Contracts Policy and corporate governance
Support data team on license negotiations
Negotiate supplier contracts, primarily in technology
Provide advice on intellectual property and regulatory compliance

Education

English qualified solicitor or admitted to NY bar
