Responsibilities

Understand customer objectives and deliver solutions using Matrix/Rimes capabilities
Engage with customers to redesign and deploy business workflows
Build and coordinate implementation project plans
Conduct workflow design sessions for various asset classes
Assist in Matrix configuration, testing, and user training
Collaborate with the Product team for customer development
