The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Specialist to temporarily support our billing, coding, and reimbursement processes during a key growth period. This temporary, part-time position (estimated 4-6 weeks) will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient revenue cycle operations, contributing to Rippl’s financial health while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Role: Range is $27-35/hour, depending on experience. This is a 1099 contractor role. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes and benefits.

We are a group of doers dedicated to transforming how seniors experience mental health challenges, and as our Revenue Cycle Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with claim submissions, collaborating with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure proper documentation and coding, and addressing billing questions from patients and caregivers. Your experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in outpatient or telehealth settings, will be essential as you recommend process improvements to enhance our billing efficiency and minimize denials. We value proactive self-starters with a knack for problem-solving who desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a flexible remote work schedule, approximately 20 hours a week, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing to a compassionate, mission-driven team. If you have at least 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of mental health billing practices, we'd love for you to join us in making waves in dementia care.
