About the role
We’re looking for a Program Manager to help us develop Rippling’s secret sauce, its management capabilities by expediting Learning traditions “the Rippling way”. From manager onboarding to manager development to manager hack sessions, this role will steward dynamic learning & growth opportunities for our managers. You will work closely with our Executive team, HR Business Partners, and key cross-functional partners to build and run rich programming that our managers look forward to each week/month. This is a highly impactful, fast paced role that will help us foster the team who will build Rippling into a generational company!
This role will be based in our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office and will be required to be onsite 3 days/week.

The pay range for this role is:
160,000 - 205,000 USD per year (San Francisco Office)
