Rithum is a leading commerce network looking for a Renewals Specialist to drive account renewals and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SaaS and account management.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer renewal processes in collaboration with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive
  • Retain subscription revenue by negotiating multiyear contracts
  • Migrate customers to new plans and pricing structures
  • Identify potential renewal issues and maintain a high on-time renewal rate
  • Update renewal forecasts and report to management
  • Create client proposals and contracts for renewals

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
