Renewals Specialist
Rithum is a leading commerce network looking for a Renewals Specialist to drive account renewals and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SaaS and account management.
Skills
- Experience in renewals or account management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage customer renewal processes in collaboration with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive
- Retain subscription revenue by negotiating multiyear contracts
- Migrate customers to new plans and pricing structures
- Identify potential renewal issues and maintain a high on-time renewal rate
- Update renewal forecasts and report to management
- Create client proposals and contracts for renewals
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
