Responsibilities
Manage customer renewal processes in collaboration with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive
Retain subscription revenue by negotiating multiyear contracts
Migrate customers to new plans and pricing structures
Identify potential renewal issues and maintain a high on-time renewal rate
Update renewal forecasts and report to management
Create client proposals and contracts for renewals
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
