Senior Customer Success Manager - Ecommerce
Rithum™ is a leading commerce network focused on enhancing e-commerce operations for brands and retailers. They are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager with e-commerce expertise to strengthen relationships and drive customer success.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to review performance and opportunities.
- Understand customer goals and connect them to Rithum’s solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Rithum products for optimal usage.
- Conduct regular account reviews and updates.
- Coordinate business reviews with Account Strategy Manager.
- Manage long-term growth plans with customer objectives.
- Identify churn causes and monitor customer success plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
