Responsibilities
Engage with customers to review performance and opportunities.
Understand customer goals and connect them to Rithum’s solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of Rithum products for optimal usage.
Conduct regular account reviews and updates.
Coordinate business reviews with Account Strategy Manager.
Manage long-term growth plans with customer objectives.
Identify churn causes and monitor customer success plans.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
MBA preferred
