We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in NY. This role will be reporting to our SDR Manager.
In this role you will:
• Manage Outbound leads, research and identify ideal prospects within your assigned vertical using various sources like databases, social media, and referrals.
• Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage prospects through social media to initiate conversations and schedule meetings to generate new sales opportunities in the North America market.
• Deliver value proposition and qualify prospect needs.
• Meet quarterly targets and KPIs, Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to meet our company's goals.
Required skills:
• +2 year of experience in Outbound sales or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, adapt to multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel to events when needed.
• Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
Advantages:
• Experience working with Outreach, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
• Experience or Prior knowledge and understanding of Data ops management

The target base compensation range for this role is USD 60,000-80,000, with a bonus target range of an additional 25%-35% of the base as a commission target based on performents (uncapped). Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives. Our overall compensation packages include base salary, equity and the benefits and perks listed below:

• This position provides the option of a hybrid work model, with two days in a week spent at our New York, NY offices on 7th Avenue, and the remaining time working remotely from any location.
