Instructional Designer
Roadie, a UPS Company, is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning materials and resources for the Customer Experience team.

- Conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives for the CX team
- Design and develop instructional materials using best practices
- Create interactive and engaging learning experiences

- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Education
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field
