UX/ UI Designer (m/f/d) - Sales & Abo

THE ROLE – YOUR PASSION

  • You support the team in implementing an intuitive usability of our software solutions and products and design and optimize the corresponding interfaces for our customers and internal users

  • Together with the product owners and the development teams, you define wireframes, usability concepts and designs and ensure that these are implemented accordingly

  • You take care of the systematic expansion of our style guide and keep an eye on the entire design architecture and its consistent implementation

  • In user tests, you validate more complex usability concepts together with the users and optimize them in an iterative process

  • You ensure that our solutions are always top notch, and you constantly keep up to date with the latest UX trends

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH US

  • You have already gained several years of experience as a UX designer and have successfully co-designed and optimized user-centered software products

  • You know your way around usability and the clear design of user interfaces for responsive web and apps are a matter of principle for you

  • You have experience in the structured development of scaling design components and interface architecture - you are also familiar with pattern libraries and style guides

  • You create prototypes independently in Figma or in no-code tools such as Webflow

  • You have already gained experience with user tests and interactive prototyping and can independently create A-B tests and evaluate them

  • You have strong communication skills and are business fluent in English
